Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You can therefore expect to receive your order within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden fees will be added at checkout.

Large Item & Furniture Delivery

As we specialise in premium outdoor and garden furniture, some items such as dining tables, garden sofas, and coffee tables are large and heavy. These items are delivered by a specialist courier and may require a two-person delivery team.

For large item deliveries:

  • You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Please ensure clear access is available to the delivery location.
  • Our courier will handle your furniture with care to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to all mainland United Kingdom addresses, including England, Scotland, and Wales. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order

We work with trusted UK couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  • Photograph the damage clearly before unpacking the item further.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@idesignfurnishings.com.
  • Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We do not accept damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions. A second delivery attempt will be made, or you may be able to arrange collection from a local depot.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
